Дзень добры!Я зусім не з вашай радні, але вырашыла напісаць пра вёску. Яе ўжо даўно, гадоў 30 ці болей, няма. Сама я з Лазічоў. І дзеці з Сенькаўцаў і мы, лазіцкія, хадзілі ў адну школу -- Удзелаўскую (раней казалі -- Вудзельскую). Можа памятаеце Вудзельскі касцёл? Пры саветах там была абсталявана збожжасушылка, склад. Але на пачатку 90-х гадоў яго вярнулі каталіцкаму прыходу, адмылі, адрамантавалі. Людзі вельмі самаахвярна працавалі на яго аднаўленні. І ў Мосары касцел аднавілі, пры ім нават вялікі дэндрапарк створаны прыхажанамі разам з пробашчам Юзафам Булькам, зараз гэта вядомае месца ў Беларусі, шмат людзей і з Польшчы яго наведваюць. На тым завяршу свой допіс. Калі будзе цікава -- магу пісаць зрэдчасу пра тыя мясціны, яны мне дужа дарагія, хоць сама даўно адтуль выехала. reply
Веска Сенькаўцы жывая і людзі там ёсць. Там жыве свякроўка сястры майго мужа, іншая радня. Кожны год яны там бываюць. Моладзі там амаль няма, а сталыя людзі ітэрнэтам практычна не карыстаюцца. reply

>>Младший сын Виктор Шимко (мой дзед), рожденный 27/06/1915 либо в Полоцке, либо также возможно в Сапелино/Удзела
* Крестный отец Франц Вышаткевич и крестная мать Розалия Шимко(-вна), присутствовавшие при крещении Бронислава.
Также мне известно, что семья была крестьянами (Верхняе-Верхнянской), романо-католиками.

-great-great-grandparents Vincenty Shimko/Michalina Wyszatkiewicz, likely Sapelino/Udzial area
>great-parents Bronislaw Shimko* (born 2nd August 1885 in Sapelino - metrical books of Udzial) & his wife Michalina Adamowicz (likely from Sapelino/Udzial, probably died shortly after 1915 maybe in Polotsk area)
>>older son "unknown" Shimko, likely Sapelino/Udzial area
>>elder son Wiktor Shimko (my great-father), born either in Sapelino/Udzial as the rest of family or in Polotsk (as he was registered here) on 26 July 1915, emigrated in 1930/31.
*Bronislaw godfather/mother were Franz Wyszatkiewicz & Rosalia Shimko(vna).
They were peasants in Wierzchnie and Roman Catholics.
