Фальварак знаходзіўся ў адлегласьці каля 2 км ад вёскі Астрэйкі ў кірунку вёскі Шавялі. Да 1842 фальварак — уласнасьць Клімашэўскіх, пасьля 1842 — Тэклі Плацынскай. У 1876 годзе маёнтак (155 дзесяцін зямлі) належыць С. А. Вільбікавай. Праз шлюб Тэклі зь Вільбікаў і Юзэфа Баранцэвіча маёнтак пераходзіць Баранцэвічам. У 1897 належыць Баранцэвічам, 2 дамы, 13 жыхароў. У 1909 у маёнтку пражывае 5 жыхароў, у 1921 — 11.
Пасьля заканчэньня Другой сусьветнай вайны, восеньню 1945 апошні гаспадар маёнтку Тытус Баранцэвіч заставіў маёнтак і пераехаў зь сям’ёю ў Гданьск. Пакінутыя будынкі былі неўзабаве разбураныя. Доўгі час месца сядзібы можна было лякалізаваць па яблыневым садзе.
