Из РС 1850 года и МК до 1865 года (есть в открытом доступе на FamilySearch) знаем, что в Заозерье проживал только один Кузьма Ляховский (Казусь, Казимир) 1839 г. р. Видимо, он и есть отец вашего Емельяна. Если напишите мне известные вам детали про Емельяна Кузьмича и его потомков, вместе можем попробовать заполнить пробелы.

Если кратко что известно: Ляховский Емельян по состоянию на 1895 год значится как запасной ефрейтор из крестьян, проживает в Риге и женится на уроженке Ярославской губернии, крестьянке Лисиной Александре Никандровне 1876 гр, работнице табачной фабрика Майкапар.
У них рождаются дети: Константин 1896 (ум в младенчестве), Клавдия 1900 гр (ум в 1918 - суицид), Ираида - вернулась в Ярославль, где вышла замуж и дожила до 1970г (дату точнее позже)
