Цирус-Соболевский Иаков Иаковлевич. Сын подполковника. Окончил Могилевскую дух. сем. со званием студента.
1888 г. рукоположен во священника к Рысковской церкви Рогачевского уезда [вероятно Николаевская церковь с. Рисков].
1900. определен полковым св. в 186 пехотный резервный Луковский полк.
1910. перемещен в 110 пехотный Камский полк.
12. 09. 12. назначен благочинным 28 пехотной дивизии.
В 1914 г. пленен. 1915 возвратился из плена в полк. Ннагражден орденами.
Имеется родовая земля в Могилевской губ.
Жена: Ольга Михайловна Москевис (вероятно описка). Дети: Зинаида (р. 02. 09. 1890, замужем, проживает в г. Казани), Галина (р. 26. 02. 1905).
