-potw. szlachectwa -22. 06. 1804-dekretem "Deputacji wywodowej wileńskiej i grodzieńskiej.
Konstanty Gustowicz był w 1831r. chorążym w 11 pułku lansjerów /ułanów/.
Po powstaniu listopadowym emigrował do Francji.
16. 11. 1836r- awansował na porucznika 4 pułk piechoty
w Mayenne /Francja/. m-p-7-16. 11. 1836/.
Był delegatem do Komitetu Narodowego Polskiego.
Zmarł w marcu 1882 roku w Chartres.
