Rzadko tutaj zaglądam. Sontaki nie są parafią, ale wioską należącą do parafii Lipniszki. Swego czasu rozmawiałem z ówczesnym proboszczem w Lipniszkach, ojcem Krzysztofem Groszykiem, kapucynem z Polski. Stare księgi parafialne zachowały w bardzo małej ilości. Wszelkie zapytania odnośnie Sontak należy składać do proboszcza kościoła Świętego Kazimierza w Lipniszkach. Pracują tam kapucyni, ale już z Białorusi. Można też próbować na www.genealodzy.pl i u mormonów, mających biuro w Warszawie,gdzie na mikrofilmach są księgi z niektórych parafii kresowych. W miasteczku Lipniszki Józef Piłsudski wraz z towarzyszami wydrukował pod koniec 19. wieku 6 numerów pisma "Robotnik".
