А случайно не находили ревизских сказок за 1850 год. по Браславскому сельскому обществу?
Мне про Скрабовских с моей стороны неизвестно, я просто вам вот тут сбросил скриншот сказок за 1858 из Переволок, просто он не прикрепляется к сообщению, а висит на странице хутора. Там одна семья Скрабовских была: https://www.radzima.net/be/image_preview/10425. html
Так что если было две семьи Скрабовских, то возможно просто дальние родственники от этой семьи.

Родилась в деревне Переволока( ныне хутор Переволока. Отец Мутор Лео Степанович. Мать- Мутор(Скрабовская) Тереса Викторовна.
