Куликов Николай Григорьевич, родился в 1925 (1926) г в России, Вологодская обл. , Выжегодский р-н, д. Никольское, призван в 1943 г Фрунзенским РВК, Казахская ССР, г. Алма-Ата, Фрунзенский р-н, красноармеец, пулемётчик-рабочий 218-го пограничного полка частей войск НКВД по охране тыла 2-го Белорусского фронта, беспартийный, убит при ликвидации группы солдат противника 21. 07. 1944 г, был похоронен в д. Песчанка (западный угол деревенского кладбища), перезахоронен в середине 1950-х гг в братскую могилу в старом парке г. Скиделя. Сестра - Куликова Клавдия Григорьевна (Россия, Вологодская обл. , Выжегодский р-н, Пунемский с/с, д. Никольское).
г. Скидель находится в 4 км западнее д. Песчанка. И д. Песчанка и г. Скидель расположены на шоссе М6 "Минск-Лида-Гродно". Кладбище д. Песчанка находится в 100 метрах от шоссе (перед деревней повернуть направо возле магазина(если ехать со стороны г. Лиды)).
