Вёска ў Цюрлеўскім сельскім савеце. Вядома з 16 ст. У 1544 г. ўласнасць віцебскага ваяводы Юрыя Насілоўскага. У 17 ст. тут існавала праваслаўная царква. У Паўночную вайну ў 1708 г. шведскі кароль Карл XII выбраў гэта месца для адпачынку. Уласнасць Ляговіча, якія ў 1765 г. пабудаваў тут праваслаўную Праабражэнску царкву. У 1800 г. у Вілейскім павеце Мінскай губерні, вёска, 31 двор, 170 жыхароў (з іх 10 жыхароў мясцовая шляхта), належала У. Ляговічу. У 1861 г. сяло ў Лебедзейскай воласці Вілейскага павета, Віленскай губерні. У 1861 г. маёнтак, 386 жыхароў, належаў Пазназнаскаму, Янкоўскаму, Хадзінскаму. Меліся хлебазапасны магазін, царкоўнапрыходская школа. На пачатку 20 ст. вёска на р. ВЯРОЎКА, цэнтр сельскай грамады, якая ахоплівала 12 вёсак. З 1921 г. ў складзе Польшчы, у Лебедзеўскай гміне Вілейскага павета Віленскага ваяводства. З 1939 г. у складзе БССР. У Вялікую Айчынную Вайну загінуў 21 зямляк*. * паводле "Памяць.
