Здравствуйте! Может кто подскажет, где ещё и как можно установить дату рождения родственника, уроженца д. Ст. Мётча прим. 1923-1925гг. Писала в Национальный Исторический архив и в архив ЗАГС Минского облисполкома. Получила отказы, причем каждый из этих архивов отсылают один к другому по кругу. Неужели нет никакой возможности установить дату рождения человека, который родился и жил в этой деревни как минимум до 18лет?reply
