Jerzy Giwojno zm. 2010r. w wieku ca 69 lat ur. w puszczańskiej wiosce Koźliki koło Iwieńca. Do Polski wyjechał w 1957 , żył wspomnieniami z Ziemi Utraconej. Grał na akordeonie /ale z nut/. Był fanem Pana Profesora Juliana Zdzisława Winnickiego - który go darzył sympatią. Zapalony dyskutant, apodyktyczny w swych zapatrywaniach, co kilka lat jeździł do Iwieńca.
Koledzy z lat młodości - miejscowi- spotykając go na ulicach Iwieńca, mówili: "Jurka dauno nie baczył, chodź pohrajem i wypjem ". Był tam lubiany. Wiele lat pracował jako kierowca prezesa Spółdzielni. Był instruktorem jazdy na kursach samochodowych.
