Hello. We are looking for information about the Jewtuszek family from Howiezna, Nowogrodek. The father was Theodor Jewtuszek and the mother’s maiden name was Aleksandra Kozlowska. During the Russian invasion in 1939 or 1940, the mother and three children were sent to a Soviet labour camp in Kazakhstan. We don’t know what happened to the father. The family was Catholic and the father’s mother was Jewish. We would like to know if there are any civil records or church records still in existence for this town that we are able to search ourselves. Witam poszukuje informacji o rodzinie dziadka. Dziadek nazywał się Piotr Papinigus pochodził z miejscowości Wiśniowiec na Białorusi. Był żołnierzem walczył pod Berlinem po wojnie został w Polsce ożenił się i mieszkał na kaszubachreply
Dobry dzień. Szukam również krewnych mojego dziadka - Papinigusa Stanisława Aleksandrowicza, mieszkającego we wsi Kamen, rejon kobryński, obwód brzeski. Urodził się około 1912 roku. Walczył także w 1 Armii Wojska Polskiego. Nazwisko Papinigus jest bardzo rzadkie, może jesteśmy dalszymi krewnymi? W tej chwili mieszkam w Rosji. reply
