Właściwa nazwa: Fortuna (parafia zabielska, kościół parafialny w Wołyńcach). W roku 1811 własność Fortunata Chełchowskiego, w 1881 jego syna - Kazimierza Chełchowskiego, od 1897 własność syna Kazimierza - Fortunata Chełchowskiego - weterynarza.
