Всё просто: "ляды" - это место вырубки или выжигания леса под нужды земледелия. В Беларуси встречается много населённых пунктов с названием "Ляды". Боркун - имя хозяина участка пашни на лядах. Отсюда - Боркуновы ляды. reply
Добавлю. Так как в той же волости имелась деревня Боркуны, то можно с уверенностью утверждать, что Боркун, в честь которого обозвали выселки был выходцем из той деревни. reply
