На Бабоўскіх праваслаўных могілках самыя старыя надмагільныя камяні занатавалі наступныя прозвішчы: Баешка (Боешко), Ліннік (Линник), Прановіч (Пранович), Павловіч (Павлович), Вераскоўскі (Вересковский). Старые Бабоўскія ўніятскія могілкі не захаваліся.

Здымак былой Бабоўскай пачатковай школы. 20 верасня 2013 г.
Апошнім часам у ёй знаходзіўся магазін. Разабрана і знесена восенню 2013 г.
У 20-30-е гады 20-га стагоддзя настаўнікам у школе быў Іван Пятроўскі, бацька кандыдата фізіка-матэматычных навук Івана Іванавіча ПЯТРОЎСКАГА, аўтара кнігі "Электронная теория полупроводников", якая выдавалася двойчы.
Пятроўскія жылі ў хаце Паўловіча Сідара Міронавіча. Іван Іванавіч Пятроўскі нарадзіўся ў Бабах і вучыўся ў Бабоўскай першапачатковаў школе. (Па афіцыйным дадзеным - ён нарадзіўся ў в. Блонь. )
