Hello Jerzy,
my father Antoni Polakowski was born in Gudance in 1917. He was born at his mother's family farm Rozalia Kurkianec. He had one brother Franciszek Polakowski. His father's farm - Adolf Polakowski was not far away in Gudaliszki. we visited Gudance a few years ago but there were not many buildings there.
